Education
A native of Arizona, Dr. Amy Gulledge graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Gulledge's Story
Dr. Gulledge came into the physical therapy scene after spending months in therapy as an injured athlete. Since that time she has accumulated a wealth of experience in fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation for all fitness levels. Dr. Gulledge has a background in personal training, coaching, consulting on fitness and injury prevention for semi-professional and professional athletes, and designing wellness programs for university faculty.
Dr. Gulledge is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds a committee member seat within the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She holds certifications in both upper and lower extremity dry needling (Cert. DN) and has completed extensive training to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) for her advanced knowledge and skills in manual therapy. In her free time, Dr. Gulledge enjoys reading the latest research in Physical Therapy treatment and being physically active through a variety of sports and training modes. She loves the science and problem-solving involved within Physical Therapy and she is very passionate about her role in educating and empowering her patients and clients. She is a physical therapist representative for AZ District 9, and she enjoys her leadership role to help to advocate for her patients and clients at a national level.

Sean Anderson, PT, DPT

About Dr. Anderson
Dr. Anderson has spent the majority of the last decade living in Flagstaff, Arizona, where he received his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. During his studies, he learned to cultivate his passion for living a life full of movement and activity. He believes in helping people manage their pain and other barriers in order to maximize their fitness. When not in the clinic, he enjoys snowboarding the vast mountains of North America, creating music with his guitar, and enjoying the company of his dog Blue.

Dr. William Hanson, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Hanson has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and has been practicing since 2021 in outpatient orthopedics, sports, and inpatient rehab. He his received his Bachelors in Kinesiology at ASU (go devils). In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, guitar, and traveling. He loves being a PT and plans to keep PT as a life-long profession.

Chelsea Grayling
Administrative Assistant
Chelsea is currently a student at Arizona State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering. She is passionate about helping others, her barbershop chorus, and education. Working in administration at Nikao has given her the opportunity to grow in skill and knowledge while maintaining a focus on service to her community.
Edwina Zeen
Physical Therapy Technician
About Edwina
Edwina holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with an emphasis in exercise from The American Military University. She served in the military’s medical field where she acquired patient care experience. After suffering an injury herself and observing other service members obtain injuries, Edwina was inspired to become a physical therapist.
A quote that she believes embodies her idea of physical therapy is “motion is lotion”, which is a great reminder that movement is the key to physical health.
